For same-day pickup, order before 11:00 am. For delivery, order before 10:00 am for same-day service. Some items (custom cakes, large orders) require 24–48 hours notice.
We deliver within a 15km radius of the bakery in Auckland. Enter your address at checkout to confirm you're in our delivery zone. Delivery is free on orders over $50.
Every product page lists full ingredients and allergen information. We take allergen safety seriously, but please note that all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
You can cancel or modify your order up to 2 hours before your pickup or delivery window by replying to your confirmation email or calling us directly.
Yes — we make celebration cakes, wedding cakes, and custom orders. Visit our custom orders page, fill in the form, and we'll get back to you with a quote within 24 hours.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Bread: store in a paper bag at room temperature (not the fridge) and eat within 2–3 days. Pastries: best eaten day-of; reheat briefly in the oven to restore crispness. Cakes: refrigerate and bring to room temperature before serving. Specific storage notes are included with each product.
We have a dedicated gluten-free category with GF breads, pastries, and cakes. While we take precautions, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility.
No minimum for pickup. Delivery has a $20 minimum order.
