Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if an item is unavailable. You will be notified and refunded for any cancelled items.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel your order up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery window for a full refund. Cancellations after this window may not be eligible for a refund as preparation will have begun.

Delivery

We deliver within our specified delivery zones. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you.

Allergens

All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame. While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens.

Custom orders

Custom orders require a 50% deposit to confirm. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the event date. Final payment is due on pickup or delivery.
