Payments and refunds

How you can pay

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Every payment is processed securely through Stripe, so your card details are handled safely and never stored by us.

Refunds

If you cancel your order in time (up to 2 hours before your pickup or delivery window), we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. Refunds usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If something isn't right with your order, please reply to your confirmation email or call us — we'll always do our best to put it right.
